PURPOSE:To provide a light fixture which can receive signals with high sensitivity by furnishing a remote control signal receiving unit underneath a light fixture or a switch control unit. CONSTITUTION:The lighting conditions of fluorescent lamps 22a, 22b and an all-night lamp are set by operating a selection button 34 of a remote control signal transmitting device 30. A remote control signal receiving unit 31 is installed underneath a switch control unit 32. Because the location is under the receiving part of the receiving unit 31 for a distance corresponding to the height of the switch control unit 32, infrared signals transmitted from the transmitting device 30 are prevented from being stymied by any other component part and blocked, and the infrared signals can certainly be received, and the lighting conditions of the lamps 22a, 22b can be controlled certainly. Because the receiving unit 31 is mounted in a single piece with the switch control unit 32, the lead 42 can be shortened, and further, installing the unit 32 on the fixture body 11 allows enhancement of the working easiness in its assembling. |
