PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric material for ceramic capacitor with small dielectric loss even when the level of electric field strength is large. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric material for a ceramic capacitor mainly comprises a barium titanate, and contains Nb2O3 by 0.6-2mol% and CoO by 0.2-1mol%, as auxiliary components. A ceramic capacitor with high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss even under high electric field strength is thus provided. |
