PURPOSE:To prevent illegal transactions even when a terminal number is recognized by a third person. CONSTITUTION:This on-line system is provided with a terminal equipment 10 provided with a terminal number recording part 10a where the terminal number is recorded and a latest using time recording part 10b where the latest using time is recorded, a customer file 12 for recording the terminal number and the latest using time and a center computer 14 for inputting the terminal number and the latest using time recorded in the customer file 12 and the terminal equipment 10. The center computer 14 judges normality only when the terminal number and the latest using time concide with each other between the customer file 12 and the terminal equipment 10 and writes the new latest using time in the customer file 12 and the terminal equipment 10. |
