PURPOSE:To obtain the electronic mail system in which addition/revision to a mail sent in multiple address communication is easily executed and a newly revised result is observed in response to a timing of reading by the user. CONSTITUTION:A shared mail storage section 9 stores a mail in multiple address communication as a shared mail shared in common by a group. A shared mail management section 10 manages mail information including a storage position and a size of each mail stored in the shared mail storage section 9. When a mail sent from terminal equipments 1a-1d is a provision mail to a shared mail, a provision mail processing section 13 applies addition processing of a content of a provision mail to a shared mail designated among shared mails stored in the shared mail storage section 9 to revise mail information of the shared mail management section 10. |
