PURPOSE:To limit the use of the main body of the moving body radio equipment having a use limiting function when the main body is used next time by monitoring an internal timer, backed up by an internal battery, by a microprocessor and automatically writing main body use limitation information in a main body memory when the value of the timer exceeds a value predetermined by a supervisor. CONSTITUTION:When a person other than the person who supervises the main body uses the main body, the supervisor who is not the user limits the use of the main body. The microprocessor 16 reads time information out of the timer circuit 17 periodically and compares it with use limitation data previously set in the nonvolatile memory 15 by the supervisor through a key pad 13. When the read time information exceeds the use limit value, the use limitation information is written in the nonvolatile memory 15. The stored use limitation information is detected by the microprocessor 16 when the power source is turned on next time and some of the functions of the mobile equipment main body are automatically disabled.
