PURPOSE:To form a through-hole simultaneously with firing and to efficiently manufacture dielectric resonator and filter by holding organic wires such as nylon or the like there between two dielectric green sheets and press-fixing and firing them. CONSTITUTION:The wires 13 of an organic matter such as the nylon or the like are arranged between the green sheets 11 and 12. One wire is used for one element in the case of the dielectric resonator, however, plural wires are parallelly arranged and held between the green sheets in the case of the dielectric filter. The two ceramic green sheets 11 and 12 are pressurized and press- fixed. Then, the wires 13 of a prescribed thickness are parallelly arranged with fixed intervals between the two ceramic green sheets 11 and 12. Normally, cutting and drying are performed in the state and the respective elements are formed. When a dielectric ceramic with such built-in wires is fired, the ceramic is fired and becomes a dielectric block 16, however, the organic matter disappears and a gap is made thereafter and becomes the through-hole 17. Silver or the like is applied and baked on the surface of the hole 17 and an outer peripheral surface parallel to the through-hole. |
