PURPOSE:To easily and quickly realize required and correct segment generation by automatically generating a segment up to a certain segment that has vertical relation with the segment to be generated when it exists. CONSTITUTION:A central control processing part 10 is constituted so as to refer to the ruled line generation/edition information storing area 20d of ROM 20, to access the ruled line information storing area 30d of RAM 30, etc., and to execute ruled line generation and editing proofreading when a ruled line key 44e is depressed. If the ruled line to be drawn is a longitudinal ruled line, the central control processing part 10 inspects whether or not the horizontal ruled line (the ruled line which has vertical relation with the ruled line to be generated) exits on the extending line of the longitudinal ruled line to be drawn. When the horizontal ruled line exists on the extending line, a system is constituted so as to automatically draw the longitudinal ruled line from a designated start point to the horizontal ruled line. At this time, when plural horizontal ruled lines exist, the longitudinal ruled line is first drawn till the farthest horizontal ruled line on the extending line. |
