<p>PURPOSE:To ensure real time property at the time of reading a text out, and to reduce an adverse influence on the other task. CONSTITUTION:When a new mail in which voice data are not prepared is still present in a mail system 1, a text/voice converting part 3 is activated by a control part 8, and text/voice conversion for the text part of the mail extracted from the mail system 1 by a text inputting part 2 is preliminarily operated in a state in which the influence on the task except a speech synthesis processing is reduced (for example, a state in which a CPU using ratio is low, or a state in which the execution sequence of a task for the speech synthesis processing is low). Then, voice data generated as the result are stored in a storage part 4, and when the reading-out of the text is requested from a user to the control part 8, the corresponding voice data stored in the storage part 4 are extracted, transmitted to a voice outputting part 6, and voice-outputted from a speaker 7.</p> |
