The device is of the type for launching clay pigeons or moving targets (1) for sport shooting, using a rotating barrel (2) for feeding moving targets, one or more motors (3, 4) ensuring the rotation of the rotating barrel (2) and the movement of the ejecting arm, a means causing rotation ensures the rotation of the assembly on the support which is anchored to the ground. The assembly of the barrel (2), the launch ramp (5) and the motors (3, 4) is mounted in an articulated manner on an assembly support (6) which fits over a vertical spindle (8) which is integral with the anchoring support (9); a motor (10) ensures, by means of a cam (11) and an articulation rod (12), the adjustments of the horizontal positioning of the firing axis and of the horizontal firing spread angle.
