摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To facilitate degreasing and to shorten the degreasing step to a large extent by specifying the content of the binder or the organic molding assistant in the plate- shaped molded body of piezoelectric ceramics, laminating the plate-shaped molded body and an adhesive inner electrode material as a unitary body, and thereafter performing burning. CONSTITUTION:The content of the organic molding asistant in raw material powder for manufacturing piezoelectric ceramics is made to be 0-0.5%. When 5wt.% is exceeded, degreasing becomes hard. As the raw material powder, the powder of composite oxide having the diameter of PZK is used. As the binder, polyvinyl alcohol is used so as to obtain 0.8wt.% at the weight ratio after drying. A dispersing agent of 0.2wt.% is used. A mold releasing agent of 0.2wt.% is used. Namely the total amount of the organic molding assistant is made to be 1.2wt.%, and the granule is formed. The plurality of plate-shaped molded bodies 8 and 8' in two kinds having the thicknesses of 0.4mm and 2.4mm are formed by uniaxial compression. Pt paste is applied. The bodies are sequentially laminated and inserted in a metal mold. The bodies are compressed and thermally dried. Thus, the laminated unitary body is formed. Therefore, the degreasing is easy, and the period of the degreasing time can be shortened.</p>
