<p>A forced defrosting system for refrigeration equipment having one or more evaporators (5), wherein said evaporators (E) are situated inside a basin, equipped with special filling inlets (T) and special draining outlets (TP), through which said basin may be filled with a defrosting fluid or liquid, having a controlled temperature, by the opening of one or more solenoid valves (V) and/or by the insertion of one or more motor pumps (P, EP), and comprising further means of feeding the defrosting fluid or liquid, tank means (S) for containing and returning said defrosting fluid or liquid, means of a temperature control (SS) for said defrosting fluid or liquid, level control means (TP), in said housing basin of the evaporators and level control means (G), in said tank, for the defrosting fluid or liquid.</p> |
