<p>PURPOSE:To provide a rotary transformer which has a small rotary diameter of a rotor part and a small outer diameter at the corresponding stator part, is suited for high-density packaging, is superb in high-frequency characteristics and high-speed response, and can prevent crosstalk positively. CONSTITUTION:There are at least three rotor parts 1 and stator parts 2. The rotor part 1 and stator parts 21 and 22 are provided on a rotary shaft O1 of the rotor part 1 alternately. The rotor part 1 is provided with coils 11 and 12 at the side of both rotary surfaces 14 and 15 in a rotary shaft direction X, respectively. The stator part 21 is provided with a coil 211 which is electromagnetically coupled to the coil 11 at the side of an end face 215 opposing the rotary surface 14 of the rotor part 1. The stator part 22 is provided with a coil 221 which is electromagnetically coupled to the coil 12 at the side of an end face 224 opposing the rotary surface 15 of the rotor part 1.</p> |
