<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a color toner excellent in color reproducibility as the color toner and excellent in offset resistance, winding property resistance and fixing property in oilless fixation by dying a specific releasing agent including resin particle with a dye. CONSTITUTION:A releasing agent including resin particle mixed with a releasing agent emulsion into an emulsion polymerization solution obtained by emulsion polymerizing a polymerizing monomer and subjected to salting-out treatment is dyed with the dye. In this case, the emulsion polymerization of the polymerizable monomer is carried out by polymerizing the polymerizable monomer in an aqueous medium containing an emulsifier. And it is preferable to use a polymerization initiator in the emulsion polymerization. As a method for emulsifying and dispersing the polymerizable monomer in the aqueous medium, the polymerizable monomer, the emulsifier and the aqueous medium may be simultaneously stirred and mixed, or the polymerizable monomer may be added into the aqueous medium dissolved with the emulsifier, and be stirred and mixed. The polymerization initiator may be added after emulsifying and dispersing it, but it is preferable that the initiator is dissolved in the aqueous medium at the time of emulsifying and dispersing it.</p> |
