<p>PURPOSE:To provide an infrared analyzer which uses only one each of a cell, an infrared light source and a detector and which is not affected by an irregularity in the characteristic of the detector, by the contamination of the cell and by the change with the passage of time of the infrared light source. CONSTITUTION:The infrared analyzer is provided with one cell 1 in which a standard gas and a sample gas are made to flow, with a gas changeover device 2 which changes over the standard gas and the sample gas and which makes them flow in the cell 1, with an infrared light source 3 which radiates infrared rays and cast it on the inside of the cell 1, with a detector 4 which receives the infrared rays passed through the inside of the cell 1 and with a processing device 5 which finds the concentration of a specific component gas in the sample gas after the output of the detector when the standard gas has been made to flow in the cell 1 and the output of the detector 4 when the sample gas has been made to flow in the cell, has been processed.</p> |
