PURPOSE:To provide a high-voltage power unit which can secure its output with high accuracy in a simple circuit configuration. CONSTITUTION:The peak value of the input voltage of a boosting transformer 22 is detected by a voltage multiplying rectifier consisting of the diodes 31 and 32 and the capacitors 30 and 33. This detection output is compared with the reference voltage 40 by an operational amplifier 39. Based on this comparison output, the feedback control is applied to the output of a voltage amplifier consisting of a transistor 14, etc. Thus the input voltage of the transformer 22 is controlled at a level acquired by adding the ON voltage equivalent to two diodes to the peak value of the input voltage. As a result, the high-voltage output of high accuracy is acquired at a high-voltage output terminal 90. The voltage is not detected at the terminal 90 in this example. Therefore it is possible to attain the preceding purpose without using any large substrate, high- voltage resistance of high accuracy nor fine current detecting means. |
