PURPOSE:To operate an energy converting means with high efficiency while keeping the voltage of a DC part at an approximately constant level in a power conversion system which restores the remaining power to a commercial power supply out of the power that is generated by the energy converting means and privately consumed. CONSTITUTION:The voltmeters and the ammeters (3, 4, 10, 11, 14 and 15) are placed between an energy converting means 121 and a DC/DC converter 12, between a DC load 120 and a bidirectional converter 13, and between a commercial power supply 1 and the converter 13 respectively. The time ratio of the converter 12 is changed by a system control circuit 18 based on the result of comparison carried out between the output signals of the voltmeter and the ammeter provided between the means 121 and the converter 12 and the output signals of the voltmeter and the ammeter placed between the load 120 and the converter 13. Then the power is regenerated and run at the converter 13 based on the time ratio set by the circuit 18. Thus the means 121 can be operated at the maximum output point and also the voltage applied to the load 120 can be controlled approximately at a constant level. |
