PURPOSE:To attain the fine variable speed reproduction of a video by a simple constitution in a KARAOKE reproducing device or the like by correcting the change of a reproducing speed by using a memory provided at the demodulating means of video data. CONSTITUTION:At the time of delaying/forwarding the reproducing speed a little by adjusting a variable resistor for adjusting a reproducing speed in an operating part 5, the writing period of the video data of one frame in memories 11-13 is made longer/shorter than the reading period of the video data from each memory 11-13. Thus, each time the video data for the prescribed number of frames are written by alternately using the memories 11-13 and demodulated, the video data are successively read twice from any memory 11-13 or thinned- out. Thus, the change of the reproducing speed at the time of delaying/fast forwarding it can be corrected, and the video data are outputted through an NTSC processing 15 to a video signal output terminal 16. Voice data are outputted to an audio signal output terminal 22 after the pitch change is corrected by a pitch control 18. |
