CONSTITUTION: Since delay devices 2 and 3 delay video signals to be filtered supplied from a terminal 1 by one frame, the video signals of continuous three frames simultaneously appear at points 4-6. The input video signals to the frame X are supplied to a filter control unit 10 together with the signals in the frame Y delayed by one frame and generate control signals KX, 1-KX, KZ, and 1-LZ and the output signals of delay elements 7-9 are supplied to multipliers 11-14 and fetch video signals KX.X, 1-KX.Y, 1-KZ.Y, and KZ.Z. Then the output signals are inputted to adding stages 15 and 16, fetch video signals KZ.X+(1-KX).Y and KZ.Z+(1-KZ.Y), and the fetched video signals are supplied to an intermediate filter, thus non-disturbed video signals are obtained.
