PURPOSE:To effectively reduce an operation time while carrying out high precision component mounting operation. CONSTITUTION:A substrate back up part for supporting a substrate 13 from below is movably provided to a middle part of a substrate carrying path 14 on a base 12, and a ball screw 12 and a servo-motor 24 for moving the substrate back up part to an arbitrary position are also provided. Furthermore, a line sensor 29 for detecting a deviation amount of an attraction part is provided positioned between the substrate carrying path 14 and a component supply part 16 to move in an X-axis direction, and a ball screw 31 and a servo-motor 32 are also provided for moving it to an arbitrary position. A substrate is moved to a position wherein X-coordinate of a component mounting position P and a component supply position Q coincides, and component mounting operation by a mounting head is carried out while moving the line sensor 29 onto a straight line connecting the position P and the position Q. |
