PURPOSE:To provide a high performance and long life reduced pole for a barium cerium oxide solid electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:A reduced pole contains metals selected from a group of Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, and Cu and ceria or barium cerium oxide. Also the layer of a mixture of metal powder and oxide powder is formed on the surface of a barium cerium oxide solid electrolyte, baked, and reduced so as to provide a reduced pole. |
