PURPOSE:To control the moving direction of a mirror frame without fail even when any object to reflect infrared light exists by transmitting information showing the transmitting direction of this infrared light from a remote controller to a video camera. CONSTITUTION:Infrared light 27 transmitted by the remote controller is photoelectrically converted by an infrared light receiving part 38 of the video camera, amplified by an amplifier 39 later and inputted to a CPU 35. Then, a control signal is inputted to a thetax direction driving part 36, an (x) direction motor 16x is driven, and the mirror frame is horizontally deflected and driven. At such a time, a peak detection part 40 detects the peak of an output signal from the light receiving part 38 and completes the horizontal drive at a peak point. Next, the control signal is sent to a thetay direction driving part 36y, a (y) direction motor 16y is driven while performing vertical peak detection with the detection part 40 and when the peak is detected, the drive is completed. Then, the CPU 35 emits an LED 37, the completion of remote control tracking is announced, and the series of operations are finished. |
