The supernatent may be worked up by precipitation with polyethylene glycol (PEG) of M.W. c.200 to c.20000 and treatment with tricalcium phosphate to produce a prothrombin complex as shown in the diagram. The precipitate may also be treated as indicated with PEG and glycine to yield an AHF concentrate. |
