The temperature of the heater element support (192) is monitored (188). The heater control (322) comprises a first temperature setpoint control (428) and a second temperature setpoint control (SETPoinT 2). The heater control (322) is coupled to the heater element support monitor (188), and the heater element (182) is coupled to the heater control (322) to be controlled thereby.
