A heat pump is described in which a reboiler of the indirectly heated steam generator is provided, a storage tank of condensed coolant which competes to control the pressures of the cycle for optimization of performance of partial load, a lamination device of the condensed coolant which by varying the passage cross section as a function ofδP controls the flow rate of coolant and develops discharge functions of any impurities, a device that reduces losses of load of said lamination device during the summer period and a multiple-path valve that permits coupling of said heat pump to a split exchanger that diverts the streams of service fluids according to season in order to make said exchanger develop the function of cold source during the winter season and the function of heat sink during the summer season. <IMAGE> |
