The application describes a building system for a louvre for regulating a flow of gas, which can be constructed according to individual requirements and easily manufactured. For this purpose, it is proposed to construct the lamellae bearings as plastic bushings (6) capable of being inserted into punched holes (5), and also to provide different bearing journals (12, 13, 21), respectively for a driveless side, a driving side with externally arranged spur wheels (9), and a driving side with internally arranged spur wheels (9a), it being possible for the driving-side bearing journals (13 and 21) in each case to be integrally formed on the associated driving wheel (9 and 9a), respectively. <IMAGE>
