DEVICE AFTER P.N. PISKAREVA FOR TENSIONING A VEHICLE SEAT BELT

A device for tensioning a vehicle seat belt comprises a body (1) with openings (2) and containing cylinders (3, 4) on the outside of which are mounted compression springs (9, 10). The end of the cylinder (3) terminates in a draw-in element (5), the lobes of which have a tapered shoulder (6). Cylinder (4) has a slot (7) for blocking the seat belt and houses, internally, a hollow rod (11), one end of which is connected to a shock sensor (12), the other end being connected via threaded hole (13) to a cup element (14). A cup element with slots (21) for flexing of the lobes of draw-in element (19) rests on the inner shoulders of draw-in element (5). A cup element (20) rests on the inner shoulders of draw-in element (19). The shock sensor (12) consists of a draw-in element, the outer shoulders (16) of which serve to block the seat belt where it enters the slot (7).
