The input buffer cuts current flowing from Vcc power supply to Vss terminal while conversing input voltage (2.4 or 0.8 volt) into the output voltage (0 volt or Vcc). The input buffer consists of transistors (PA,PB,NA,NB), an inverter (INV1) which turns on and off a transistor (PA) by feedback of output power, a capacitor (C1) for stable voltage, and a transistor (NC) which receives chip-selection-signal.
