This device performs the cutting of receipt paper effectively, is fabricated easily due to a simple structure. The device comprises a cam (12) controlled by a solenoid, a shaft entrance hole (13) connected with the shaft of printer frame, a guide lever (11) operated up and down by the cam, a fixed axle (18) an operating blade (17), an operating blade lever (15) which guides the blade to move up and down by the movement of the guide lever, and an operating blade frame (20) which has the process of cutting for the outlet of receipt paper (22).
