Transmission frame comprising a synchronisation flag, synchronisation bits (S1 to S8) and information bits (B1 to B63), in which a control bit (C1) is substituted for one of the synchronisation bits (S1) if any sequence of bits with a length equal to that of the synchronisation flag including this synchronisation bit (S1) differs from this synchronisation flag by at least one bit in addition to this synchronisation bit (S1).
