PURPOSE:To realize a large image screen without being limited by the number of driving duties and the size of a display body for each one sheet by arraying the plural display bodies and display units in the direction of the display surface thereby constituting the large-sized display device. CONSTITUTION:The video data processed in a video signal processing circuit 24 is once stored in a video memory 25. The data is then fed together with the other control signal to a display block 27, by which a display is executed. The large display image plane can be thus obtd. simply by increasing the number of the display units of one display block and the image plane can be enlarged in the longitudinal direction simply by increasing the display blocks and block control circuits. However, the video memories must have the number meeting the number of picture elements. |
