SPRING-LOADED CATERPILLAR UNDERCARRIAGE OF TRACTOR

摘要

Driving gears of spring-loaded caterpillar undercarriage of tractor are driving by cone gear located between differential planet reducers behind which are arranged the portal gears. Belt arm is pined in pin fitted on body or frame of machine. Pin (49) of jockey wheel (50) is fitted to two shouldered balance beam (51) with lower arm (52) pined in arm (2) of belt and with upper arm (53) pined in tightener (54) anchored on arm (2) of belt, travelling wheels (67, 68, 69, 70) are to arm (2) of belt fitted by balance beams (3) and primary springs (4) put between balance beams (3) and arm (2) of belt. From upper side is against arm (2) of belt leant the secondary spring (5) anchored in console (6) fitted to self-supporting body of tractor. Axis of driving gear (7) is towards axis of counterschaft (8) of portal gear (9) located backwards and downwards at which also the axis of counternschaft (8) is toward axis of crown gear (10) of cone gear located by backwards and downwards.
