The deodorizing apparatus includes a thawing room consisting of an entrance, outlet and ceiling and placed above a portion in which food is stored, a deodorizing member having an opening and formed on the ceiling, a heat reflecting board having a depressed portion, which is for reflecting heat downward through the opening toward the portion in which food is stored, a heater arranged on the depressed portion placed above the food stored portion, and a protecting net formed under the heater and deodorizing member, thereby simultaneously performing thaw and deodorization.
