The outlet completely eliminates electric power flow from the utility to the plug connected in the outlet utilizing the proposed switching capability. The outlet comprises; "+", "-" terminals (11,13) in more than one pair; the voltage source terminals (12,14) taking power from the "+", "-" terminals; the non-conduction operation plate (24) with one pair of conductor (25); the connection means for connecting the "+" terminal (12) and "-" terminal (14) with the "+" inserting terminals (11) and (13) respectively; a press cylinder (22) holding up the press state according to the switch (21); the tact switch set between a plate (28) and the press cylinder sill (30).
