PURPOSE:To surely play all musics, which are reserved, within an allotted time. CONSTITUTION:MIDI sound source control data are stored in a 'KARAOKE' (orchestration without lyrics) data recording medium and the MIDI sound source control data are reproduced from the medium by a 'KARAOKE' data reproduction means. On the other hand, reserved musics, for which 'KARAOKE' accompaniments are desired, and the 'KARAOKE' allotted time are inputted by an input means, playing time data of the reserved musics inputted by the input means are extracted from the MIDI sound source control data reproduced by the 'KARAOKE' data reproduction means in a playing time computing means and the playing time of the reserved musics is computed. Then, at a discrimination means, the reserved music playing time computed by the playing time computing means is compared with, the 'KARAOKE' utilization time inputted by the input means, a discrimination is made about whether the reserved musics are to be played within the 'KARAOKE' utilization time or not and the discrimination results are displayed in a display means. Thus, the playing is surely completed within the reserved time. |
