PURPOSE:To provide an output of a message in voice without decreasing the utilizing efficiency of a radio channel by outputting a routine message in voice registered in advance based on received code information. CONSTITUTION:Voice information forming at least one routine text is stored in the unit of words or paragraphs in a database 6. A voice composition circuit 5 stores composition information of words or paragraphs corresponding to a received code as address combination information of the database 6. A signal from a base station is received by a reception section 1 and demodulated by a demodulation section 2. A code of a message information included in a received signal is stored in a storage circuit 30 in a control section 3. When a set switch 40 is depressed, a code corresponding to the message information outputted from the storage circuit 30 by the control section 3 is read. Then voice data are extracted from the database 6 and decoded into a voice signal at a drive section 7 and sounded from a speaker 80. |
