PURPOSE:To provide an automatic accompanying device which enables even a beginner to easily enjoy the music performance with automatic accompaniment fruitful in ideas. CONSTITUTION:In the main routine executed by an electronic keyboard in an execution example, if it is discriminated in S19 that automatic accompaniment is executed at present and it is discriminated in S21 that the automatic code progress mode is set, preliminarily stored automatic code progress data (data for code progress and accompaniment pattern switching) corresponding to a piece of music is read out and procesed in S23 and accompaniment data (performance data of fundamental pattern, introduction, fill-in, ending, etc.), is read out based on this automatic code progress data to perform the processing of code inversion, sound emission, or the like. Automatic accompaniment complete in one piece of music which starts with introduction performance and has the fill-in put on the way of music and automatically ends with ending is automatically executed in accordance with prescribed code progress by these processings. |
