<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily and sensuously understand processing and to flexibly process data by providing print preparing data constituting a data base with attribute data indicating the contents of the print preparing data. CONSTITUTION:The file structure of the print preparing data base is constituted of a large classification (e.g. a printing plant name) a medium classification (e.g. a magazine name), and small classification (e.g. a material name). Namely, the data base arrays plural print preparing data (including picture data) hierarchically. Attribute data indicating the contents of a commodity such as a holder, a television or a radio are added to each picture data. Thereby, each data such as a picture and line drawing necessary for edition are extracted in accordance with the attribute data of the least significant data and displayed on a preview screen. Even when a worker's classification error exists in a certain picture data, retrieving processing is executed independently of upper holders and picture data can be completely extracted without missing them.</p> |
