PURPOSE:To reduce forced interruption due to hand-over in the mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION:A mobile equipment 31 is provided with a measurement circuit 31a measuring an electric field strength of a connected base station 11 and peripheral base stations 12-14 and a hand-over request circuit deciding an object of the base station being a hand-over destination and transmitting a hand-over request to the connected base station 11, and the base stations 11-14 are provided with relay circuits 11a-14a relaying the request to a control station 21. A control station 21 allocates a channel at hand-over for a base station whose operating channel number is minimized among channel resources provided with plural base station objects. Thus, forced interruption due to hand-over is reduced. |
