PURPOSE:To provide a solar battery module which is composed of a plurality of 4-terminal type layer-built solar batteries composed of a plurality of cells and in which the respective cells can operate under the optimum conditions. CONSTITUTION:A layer-built solar battery has a bottom cell 2 and a top cell 1 which is placed on the incidence plane side of the bottom cell 2 and each cell has a pair of independent output terminals. A solar battery module is composed of a plurality of the solar batteries whose respective bottom cells 2 are connected to each other in series and whose respective top cells 1 are connected to each other in parallel. |
