<p>PURPOSE:To reduce an attitude difference of rotation detecting operation and to miniaturize a reel rotation detecting piece by forming the reel rotation detecting piece of a thin wire provided with a spring property and engaging one side of a curved part with a mode switching means. CONSTITUTION:The reel rotation detecting piece 27 is provided whose curved part 27a circumscribes a rotary shaft 3a of a reel base 3, and which is supported while holding the rotary shaft between the curved part 27a and the tip 27c with slight spring force, and whose tip 27e of the other side is made engageable with a protrusion of a lever 25 of a slide plate 20 being the mode switching means. The detection piece 27 with such a shape is formed by a wire rod provided with the spring property. The detection piece 27 is turned and biased clockwise following the rotation of the reel base, and the counterclockwise turning force is imparted to the lever 25. The slide plate 20 is turned clockwise when an arm is pushed up, and a reverse mode is switched to a forward mode. Thus, the reel rotation detecting piece 27 is formed in a remarkably small and thin shape.</p> |
