MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT AND METHOD OF LCD DEVICE

The method manufactures a LCD forming an oriented film of liquid crystal by orienting ligands of polyimide layer on surface of LCD substrate. The equipment consists of a desk (22) attaching substrates (21) with polyimide layer (26), rail (23) on the a desk, the first conveyer (24) moving rail parallelly, an light source (27) orienting and ligands of polyimide layer, and a vaccum chamber (28). Thus the method of manufacturing of LCD has the steps of forming polyimide layer on LCD substrate, orienting polyimide by light radiation on the substrate.
