PURPOSE:To provide the card type gate device for entry and exiting by using the same card type gate device distinctively between entry and exiting and placing it in efficient operation. CONSTITUTION:This device is a gate device which is installed at the entrance exit of leisure facilities such as an amusement park and manages the entry and exiting of users by reading information out of cards that the users bear, and a gate main body 3 is equipped with a card reader 6 and one gate mechanism 5 which has gate arms 5a protruded to a gate passage to restrict passage. An entry gate passage 2a and an exit gate passage 2b are partitioned between guide bars 4 arranged on both left and right sides of a floor base 1 across the gate main body 2, which is fixed on the floor base through a bearing mechanism 8; and its direction is turned in the entry direction and exit direction about the gate passage and an opening/-closing stopper 10 which closes the gate passage and locks the gate main body in the direction is provided on the exit side of the entry and exit gate passages. |
