<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a cartridge tape driving device which is small in size and can secure large stroke, so that the device is not influenced by attaching precision, and which can discriminate plural kinds of cartridges and discriminate whether or not write is inhibited by providing plural turning switches. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 8 is fixed in a base member 7, and plural acting members 9 are turnably provided on the shaft 8, then a sensor 13 detecting the movement of the member 9 is provided. When the cartridge 3 is inserted in the cartridge tape driving device, the kind of the cartridge 3 and whether or not the write is inhibited are discriminated according to the turning action of the member 9 caused by the corresponding spot of the cartridge 3.</p> |
