<p>PURPOSE:To prevent data to be rewritten from being concentrated into a specific storage area and to average data rewriting frequency over the whole storage areas by rewriting management data corresponding to specified information data to a state indicating erasure without erasing the specified information data. CONSTITUTION:Digital picture data A are written in a picture data writing area (a) at first, and then management data alpha indicating the area (a) as a recorded area are written in a management data storing area. When the writing of new digital picture data B after erasing the data A is requested in such state, the data A are left as the registered state in the area (a) without erasing them and the data B are written in a free area (b) following the area (a). Then, the data alpha are rewritten by contents indicating the erasure of the area (a) and management data beta indicating the area (b) as a recorded area are written in the management data storing area.</p> |
