CHARACTER RECOGNITION METHOD

PURPOSE: To recognize characters entered in the entered version of a document form by plural character recognition programs. CONSTITUTION: When the entered version of a document accepts character recognition, the image of the entered version of a document form is received in a second processor (536). The character recognition related with the entered version of the document is operated in a second processor by using a first form definition data set by the first of the plural character recognition programs (538). The character recognition related with the entered version of the document is operated in the second processor by using a second form definition data set by the second of the plural character recognition programs (540).
