PURPOSE:To provide a seaweed-proofing hose with which a user can not catch sight of the dark color of a light shut-out layer, and which is not affected by any impurity or various germs. CONSTITUTION:A seaweed-proofing hose is composed of an inner pipe (a) and an outer pipe (b), and the inner pipe (a) is formed into a plurality of layers. That is, white-colored color transmission preventing layers 2, 3 are provided on the outside and the inside of a light shut-out layer 1 colored with black. And antibacterial agent for preventing mold from being generated and skid for improving sliding motion on the inner surface, and preventing impurity such as corpse of seaweed from being stuck are mixed in the color transmission preventing layer 3 on the inside.
