PURPOSE:To perform a smooth transfer from a dehumidifying operation to a heating operation by a method wherein the dehumidifying operation is transferred to the heating operation after a difference between the set temperature and an indoor temperature is higher than an upper limit set value and a temperature of a radiator reaches a heating operation starting temperature. CONSTITUTION:When a dehumidifying operation is selected, a hot water heat source machine 12 and a circulation pump 14 are turned on and at the same time a three-way valve 162 is changed over to a bypass passage 161 and a semi-dehumidifying operation is started. After a temperature of the bypass passage detected by a bypass passage temperature sensing means 23 is more than a set temperature, the three-way valve 162 is changed over to a radiator 3, and at the same time a compressor 7 is turned on and a dehumidifying operation is started. Then, after a difference between the set temperature and the indoor air temperature is increased more than an upper limit set value and a temperature of the radiator 3 reaches the preset heating starting temperature, the operation is transferred to the heating operation. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to prevent a temporary reduction of blowing temperature from the indoor heat exchanger 13 and to perform a smooth transfer from the dehumidifying operation to the heating operation.
