PURPOSE:To allow a management device to access data of an image forming device even when power of the image forming device is interrupted by sending a count of the number of total copied sheets from the image forming device to a communication controller periodically. CONSTITUTION:A count of a total number of copied sheet is used for the maintenance contract or the maintenance of a copying machine 5. When a management device 1 is used for the method, the count of the total number of copied sheets is sent from the copying machine 5 to the communication controller 4 periodically and even when the communication of the copying machine 5 is disable such as interruption of power of the copying machine 5, the management device 1 recognizes the count. That is, a remote notice key of the copying machine 5 is depressed to send data of remote notice from the copying machine 5 to the communication control 4 and the controller 4 makes dialing of a telephone number of the device 1 to send remote notice data. |
