PURPOSE:To make vote management from the acceptance of a vote to the completion of voting operation smooth by recording information showing which election the right to vote is given in a token to be distributed to a voter and allowing the voter to vote on a voting terminal side according to the contents. CONSTITUTION:A token issue terminal 4 issues the token C having the recording information characteristic to the voter when receiving a token issue command and voter information from an acceptance terminal 2. When the voter inserts the token C into the voting terminal 5, the terminal 5 reads the data out of the token C, judges whether or not the token is a regular unused token C, and allows the voter to vote when the token is the regular unused token C. When plural kinds of election are carried out on the same day, voting operation for the different kinds of election can be done successively only by inserting the token C once. Consequently, which voter has the right to vote on which election can securely be managed without placing any large burden on election administration committee staffs, and various kinds of election can smoothly be put in operation. |
