PURPOSE:To suppress the transmission of fault information from a user whose monitoring is unnecessary by making it unnecessary to send information from a user terminal during a period except the time of operation between operation start time and operation end time even when the user terminal sets up a communication bus capable of having input access. CONSTITUTION:A time band allowed to drive a user's terminal 1 is strictly specified from a certain time up to another fixed time every day. Prior to the start of system operation, the terminal 1 registers user information in a packet exchange 22 in a network 2. The exchange 22 sets up the state of 'within or out of operation time' and controls the set state by the information of 'operation start time' and 'operation end time'. At the time of detecting a fault, the state of 'within or out of the operation time' is judged, and in the case of the state of 'out of the operation time', fault information is not outputted. If within the operation time, user's fault information is outputted only when a communication bus state is set up. Thereby only original fault/fault recovery generated within the time band to be operated can be monitored and redundant information can be excluded. |
